This is my second English Novel.

Velvet Crimes is a fast-paced crime thriller that centers around a top-secret code word: Seahawk. This code is linked to highly classified information about a missing Malaysian flight that disappeared with 300 passengers on board. The story kicks off with Nitish and his colleagues involved in an unusual smuggling operation—they’re transporting ionized bees hidden inside prosthetic teeth. These bees hold the encrypted details of the vanished flight.

Early in the story, a mysterious woman named Shalini enters the scene, posing as a fellow passenger. Eventually, she reveals her true identity as an undercover agent working with the Malaysian police. However, things take a turn when Indian police officers, including Manjula, suspect her of being part of a terrorist outfit linked with Nitish. She is arrested and held for interrogation, but is later kidnapped by a man named Gurudev, who turns out to be an unexpected player in the Indian police force.

As the plot thickens, senior officers Manjula and IG Gangadhar closely track Nitish, Divya, and Ishwar, eventually confronting them at gunpoint. However, the trio disclose their identities as CBI officers working on the same mission. The narrative spirals into deeper intrigue when Ishwar uncovers Gurudev’s betrayal and his secret connection with Poonam, who is revealed to be Gurudev’s unlawful wife. Poonam manipulates the situation to take control of Seahawk, but later helps Divya smuggle it out.

The climax unfolds in Malaysia, where a group called Athisa captures the key characters and leads them to a shocking revelation—the missing flight is hidden, cloaked by an advanced technological weapon designed for destruction. The group unanimously decides to keep this truth hidden from the world to prevent potential chaos.

The novel is filled with twists, suspense, and espionage, keeping readers on edge throughout. However, the ultimate explanation behind the elaborate plot devices and character motivations may leave some readers unsatisfied, as the resolution feels underwhelming compared to the buildup.
